Here is a wonderful, antique shoe salesman/ shoe shine stool from the late 1800’s. The piece is made from solid wood with turned wood legs on the seat part and a cross shaped base. The front has the inclined foot area for either measuring feet or shining shoes. I adore the nostalgia of this piece and think it’s super editorial. I would love it in a large closet or bedroom. You could use it in an entry for putting on shoes or as a side table. Just really fun for sure!
