Danish Product designer Jonas Edvard studied at the Royal Academy of Fine Arts in Denmark. His main focus lies in the research of raw and natural materials, its history of use and the future of its existence. Gesso Lamp is made from Danish limestone powder, also known as Danish marble, quarried in the heart of Zealand, Denmark. The lamp is 100% biodegradable and contains only limestone, bio-resin and natural pigments. All products are handmade in Denmark in Jonas Edvard’s studio. This piece should only be cleaned with a damp cloth and includes a 1.5 m black cable and a bakelite socket (E27).
