Vintage Asian Rosewood Hand Decorated Octagonal Vase Urn Stand.

The top is decorated with two cranes and scrolled detail. The side panels have alternating images of bamboo, cherry blossoms, and florals, with an interlocking geometric pattern repeated on the diagonal sides.
The images appear to have been done with a form of pyrography.

There is a signed character mark at the base.

There is a small area of chipping at the border rim (pic 11). Some impressions and marks can be seen to the top surface of the varnish when tilted in the light.

Base 14.5” diameter.
