Vintage Design
A chandelier made in Italy between the 60s and 70s, elegant and very decorative with their leaf motif that climbs the wall like a pothos plant. The leafy and gilded decorative element had great success during the 70s, designers and furniture companies such as Tommaso Barbi, Hans Kögl or Maison Jansen produced splendid gilded luminous plants not only for their function as “lamps” but thanks also to the metallic materials used which reflect light even when turned off. The light points of these mid century modern sconces are shielded by white opaline glass spheres, supported by 3 arms that emerge from the center. Working and in good vintage condition, these wall lights have oxidation spots and patina of age on the metal structure visible in the photos. We do not recommend polishing this chandelier as the gold painted metal could significantly change color and risk losing the gilding. Reach out for any addition questions.
