Danish Lassen Style Mid-Century Lounge Chair in Red Wool, 1940’s

Super sharp looking high back lounge chair from the 1940’s. We are unaware of the Maker and Designer but it has elements of styles from Georg Kofoed as well as Mogens Lassen, mainly the stance and the shape of the armrest. Superbly comfortable with round organic design and generous proportions and a charming and very strong presence to anchor any room. Spring coils in the seat and backrest. The original red wool done in an impressive diamond pattern. Fabric showing only modest signs of wear.
