These candelabra are comprised of early Qing ducai porcelain pots with geranium gilt bronze inserts and simple bases. The candle cups unscrew. The pots were likely intended for the domestic Chinese market, and the inserts were probably added at a later date for the western market. Ducai porcelain is identifiable by the underglaze blue clearly outlining the enameled design which is filled in by other colors..

These candelabra are in very good original condition. There are several firing flaws, minor losses, some damage and repairs. These conditions are consistent with the age and use of the objects.
