Vintage Design
In the 1980s, Italian designer Ettore Sottsass collaborated with Artemide to create a design icon: the Pausania table lamp. Minimalist and radical, it remains today a symbol of innovation and timelessness. Witness to the avant-garde vision of the designer and the brand, the Pausania embodies a refined aesthetic approach, with its simple lines and elegant geometric silhouette.
The portico-shaped lamp is made up of a black resin base from which rises chrome-plated steel uprights topped with a green lacquered cube, the whole welcoming tiered bulb cover in perforated chrome-plated metal.

Edition: Artemide, circa 1983
