Vintage French Woven Brass Basket Tray Circa 40s’

Vintage French 40s’ woven brass basket/tray. Beautiful and densely woven rigid bottom with interlocking net walls. Bound reed-formed rim with wrapped brass binding. Beautiful design with scale and function. Handy as a catch-all or hall tray., centerpiece. Brass has turned the color of olive, a nice patina. The size is 14″ in diameter and 1.9″ tall.
