An impressive and large twelve-light alabaster pendant chandelier from the late 19th century.
The beautifully veined large alabaster bowl with dark brown and black veins is suspended by four ribbon-shaped bronze bars and an ornate ceiling rose.
Four exterior lights – frosted glass flame-shaped lampshades are held by four bronze caryatids.
Eight interior lights, eight sockets for B22 size light bulbs.
Four exterior lights, each with a socket for a B22 size light bulb.
The light shining through the white stone with dark brown and black veins is atmospheric and emanates a beautiful ambiance when lit and unlit.
Dimensions: height: circa 94 cm / 37 in; diameter: 82 cm / 32.28 in. The diameter of the alabaster bowl is 65 cm / 25.6 in.
The light fixture is in complete working order, but as with all vintage or antique lighting, we always suggest a qualified electrician install it.
